The mobile app
What the app is for, how to sign in, what you can do in it, and what stays on the web.
The app is for the half of your team that doesn't sit at a desk: the housekeeper between two rooms, the technician on the way to a broken tap, the manager walking the property. It carries the work — tasks and the conversations your team has about them — and nothing else.
Signing in
The same email and password you use for Сервиата in a browser. There is no separate account and no separate invitation: if someone can already sign in on the web, the app works for them today.
If you belong to more than one workspace, the app asks which one to open. To change it later, go to Settings → Workspace and pick another.
What you can do in the app
| Tasks | The same shared list of work as on the web: open a task, tick off a checklist, create one. See Tasks on your phone. |
| Chats | Your team's internal conversations — the list, a conversation and channels. The concepts live in Chats. |
| Activity | What happened around you: work assigned to you, replies, mentions. The number on the tab is what you haven't looked at yet. |
| Settings | Which workspace you're in, the app's language, and push notifications. |
The round + button sits in the bottom corner of every screen and is how anything new gets started — a message, a channel, or a task. You'll only see the options your permissions allow.
What stays on the web
The app deliberately doesn't try to be the whole product. These are done in a browser:
- guest conversations — the Smart Inbox
- storefronts and the orders guests place through them
- the knowledge base, campaigns and automations
- organization and workspace settings, including billing
- exporting tasks to a spreadsheet
Nothing you do on a phone is a separate copy
A task you create between two rooms is the same task your manager sees on the web a second later, and a checklist you tick off updates for everyone. There is no syncing to remember and nothing to push at the end of a shift.
Where the explanations live
These pages describe the phone. What a status means, who can see which property, how a checklist template works — that is explained once, in the main sections, and applies everywhere: Tasks, Workspace settings, Organizations.
